-makes or contains "affiliated marketing", "connected recommendations", "junk mail", "spam," "chain letters", "pyramidal content" or un-required advertisements of any kind;

10. Technical conditions

11. Competent court

These rules and conditions form the Agreement between users and Marketmedia-earth.com. which regulates use of these pages. Conditions and relations between users and Marketmedia-earth.com are subject to laws of the state of Netherlands which define the stated relations. In case of dispute arising out of this Agreement the case shall be adjudicated before the court in the state of Netherlands.
